Patanjali Ayurved — money received but not sending the order since last three months

I have applied for retailer shop on the Patanjali. I have also paid the sum of Rs.1, 20, 000/- three months back. But still, I have not received the product. They keep on demanding the money (I have the recording of the telephonic discussion we have made). Always promising that we will send you the order after you send the money. This way they have collected the sum of 120, 000/- But still I have not received the order I have placed.
The numbers they have used to call is +91-[protected] and also +91-[protected]. I have attached the transactions detail.
I want my money back in my account. They have the details of my account.
