Patanjali Ayurved — Money take but not delivering the product

I ordered 2 quantity of Coronil kit on 24th of April and time to delivery the product is 3 to 4 days but still they not delivered the product. I tried to call them but it always says busy. I emailed them but they closed the ticket everytime without telling the status of my product. Recently lots of people complaining against this app in google play store that they paid money and they are not delivering the product.
