Patanjali Ayurved — No delivery of the product/ no communication / amount deducted from account

Sir, Complaint against Patanjaliayurved.net online shoping. I have order two products in patanjaliayurved.net on 22-12-15 and order number is [protected], online transaction has done amount 140/- rs has deducted from account, but till now no response or communication from patanjali people, and there is no correspondence mail from them regarding delivery of product and i have mailed them so many times and complaint to them in online but no communication and response and even called on the number[protected] but no response from them no one takes the call phone they are cheating the people. if they dont deliver the order they can return the amount but no response form them Reg- order no [protected] till now 3 mails has sent to patanjaliayurved but no response from patanjaliayurved i want to know weather you have done the processing of order or not you want send the product are not, money has been deducted from my account weather you will process the order are not if not please return the money to my account as early as possible, i have called on number so many times[protected] on 28-12-15 time 3.40pm and 30-12-15 at time 4pm but now i has received the call, no response from your side. Sir please take action against them they simply cheating the people and making the fool in the name of patanjaliayurved products.i request you to take proper criminal action against them and return the amount .
