Now the number of outlets are increased but the product the customer getting is very old one. There is a difference between new and old. The customer won't purchase one soap, he will purchase more because expiry time is available. Now a days soaps of sept.2017 stock we are getting at mvp colony outlets. No stock - dantakanthi (Medicated). When enquired, it has been communicated that there is no distributor for vizag city. I am customer since 2008 and feeling in convenient at this juncture, where our hon'ble pm taking towards digital india. This sort of service is not healthy to an organisation. Please look into and see that vizag city requires minimum 3- distributors take steps in this regard urgently. Respecting customer is an healthy environment. Thanking you. Jai bharat.
