Patanjali Ayurved — No refund of money

I have paid the amount 1093Rs again for the same list of items to patanjaliayurved from different account as the first transaction was failed. At second time the transaction succeeded & the order also confirmed by patanjaliayurved. Now it is about to complete a month for happening that incident. I received mail from E-commerce team of patajali that the money will be returned within 3-4 days but no action yet. They even don't pick up calls and no responcse to emails as well
