Text of emails sent lodging my complaint
Dear sir /madam,
Earlier on 15.06.20 at your 'feedback' and 'contact us', i had reported that many of the items placed under the captioned order [protected] dt 13.05.20, were not delivered. That in compliance to the captioned order deliver of one packet delivered... [protected] by blue dart.
However on going through the contents of the packet it is observed that of the 39 items ordered, the packet contained only 24 items and that 15 items were missing. The following are the missing items...
Atta doodh rusk....3 pack
Namkeen navrattan mix... 1,
Nutty delight 4,
Bel sharbati 1,
Marie biscuit 250 gm 2,
Soji elaich rusk 3,
Unpolished moong dal 1,
May i be informed as to the reason for not including the above items in the delivery box, when i had made full payment of these items too.
Indeed it is shocking that the despatch confirmation resorted to absolute silence of this issue of missing items. Contrary to it, the despatch confirmation stated that with the despatch, the order is complied with.
May i request your good self to look into the matter and arrange to despatch the missing items

I am constrained to point out that that despite a lapse of period i am still to receive the missing items.
So much so that i have still to get an acknowledgement of my complaint.
