Patanjali Ayurved — Non delivery of items after more than one month of ordering

I am yet to receive the delivery of items against my paid order (Order no. [protected]) placed on 18th feb, 2016.

Neither i am intimated about the status of my order nor my phone is picked by them.

I am very disappointed and frustrated from the service.

Kindly do the needful to get my order delivered or refund of money paid by me for the order placed.
