Patanjali Ayurved — Non delivery of online bought product on dated 11th dec. 2015 | |||||
I have booked Patanjali Products online using websit https://patanjaliayurved.net on dated 11th Dec. 2015. My order no. is [protected]. After that i got no reply from site or through so called customer care in spite of daily calling or e-mailing. No reply got even after continuous calling on giiven customer care no. [[protected]] Although transaction was successful and Rs. 710/- has been deducted from my account. It seems Patanjali Ayurved has not been developed any concrete system to execute online booked product. It should immediately shut down or suspend online platform. A lot of complaint can been seen for online booked c'ment. I was not aware of that before booking. My request is 1. Update correct customer care no. 2. Reply to customer e-mail 3. After much follow up with Patanjali customer care said shipment delivered on[protected]. Not suggestive to buy. Buy from nearby shop if you really want.
