I have applied for "swadeshi samridhi card" on line on 29.07.2018 and application no is (6062322c5b8amj18). According your message it is requested to collect card from nearest patanjali exclusive store but i have visited two patanjali store near to my area "ashoke nagar, kolkata 700040" and kudghat, kolkata 700040". I am staying at tollyganj area, kolkata 700040. So pl confirm the location and address of patanjali store near to my area, where i may collect my above card and use the card to purchase the product with discount.
