I am very much fedup with the very lazy approach of patanjali orderme app team, i have ordered 2 coronil kit through orderme app on 22/07/2020 but i have not received the product even after 10 days so i cancelled my order but till now i have not received my refund, i have mailed several times on their mail id "[protected]@orderme.co.in" & tried to contact through phone no but nobody is picking the phone... I feel like they are not bothered of customer & are cheaters... I request everybody do not purchase any item from them... Now i am planning to lodge complain in consumer forum for their cheating. Aug 17, 2020 Updated by amuverma2000 Dear Team, let me tell you that i have tried to contact on your landline no multiple times but nobody has picked the phone...i have also mailed saveral times on your mail id [protected]@orderme.co.in at least 10 times but every time they responded that we have updated in your ticked-ID (#TBBB-483573) but i dont have the login & password of the site so how can i view it...??? i requested them several times to provideme the password for the site or can reply me on the mail...but they are not responding...????? I found that your online orderme customer care is "worst" in the world with high attitute people. please revert my refund else i have no option lift to go to the consumer forum.
