I had placed above order for medicines and paid online Rs. 1247 on 15th July 2020. The order was confirmed as well as packed on 18th July itself, but till now it has not been dispatched and i have not received he items. My several reminders by email to customer [protected]@orderme.co.in are being auto-responded saying that the matter is resolved. How can they resolve the issue when i have not received the consignment? If they have sent the medicines they can inform me the name of the courier and the tracking number and the date of delivery. I am repeatedly emailing them saying i have not received the items but they are saying that the matter is resolved and closing the ticket. This is unfair trade practice.
