Patanjali Ayurved — Order cancelled but didn't get any refund

I ordered some products on Patanjali app, which I cancelled as they were not even dispatching it even after few days.
But, even waiting for more than 2 weeks, I didn't recieve any amount back. Even I mailed the team regarding the concern but not getting any revert as well.
