I had placed my order on Orderme app on 26th July 2020 and made online payment.The Order number is 149740.The status of order was 'Confirmed'.
Till 4th August there was no update on the order status.On 4th August the status was 'Packed' and Invoice was generated.
However on 10th August 2020 the order status was updated as 'Canceled'.
I have been trying to contact the customer care team, left voice messages, emailed however i have not received any update or response.
Theres no response on why the order was cancelled.
When will i get my refund.?
I have lost the trust on purchasing products from Order me app.
Can you please revert asap and help me with the refund at the earliest.I have attached the screen grab of the order details.
