[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — Order cancelled by the company and no refund received till today

I had placed my order on Orderme app on 26th July 2020 and made online payment.The Order number is 149740.The status of order was 'Confirmed'. Till 4th August there was no update on the order status.On 4th August the status was 'Packed' and Invoice was generated. However on 10th August 2020 the order status was updated as 'Canceled'. I have been trying to contact the customer care team, left voice messages, emailed however i have not received any update or response. Theres no response on why the order was cancelled. When will i get my refund.? I have lost the trust on purchasing products from Order me app. Can you please revert asap and help me with the refund at the earliest.I have attached the screen grab of the order details. Aug 17, 2020 Updated by pria_1308 I have contacted the Customer care of Order me Helpline numbers.No body attends the call. We are kept waiting and later the call disconnects. I have written to Customer care no action initiated yet. Aug 26, 2020 Updated by pria_1308 Only tickets are being created but no action is being taken regarding the refund. The company is also not bothered to update on the action being taken or if they are going to take action. This is leaving a very negative impacton the customer..
