Patanjali Ayurved — Order me order#229418

Dear Support,

Ref Order #229418

I have received the shipment . But only half of the products received . At Invoice copy also Rs 555/- items mentioned.

I have received goods worth Rs.555/- Against payment for Rs. 1020 /-.

Below given Items are not yet received .

1. Gajjak Gur Khasta - Rs115/-
2.Nutrela k ghani Mustard oil - Rs160/-
3.Agra Gur Gajjak 400 Gram - 190 /-

Where is these items (Not yet received) . Neither my money refunded?

In Spite of multiple calls with customer support and in spite of raising multiple tickets and mail communication, the issue not being resolved :-

It's quite unfortunate .

Hi Patanjali Customer care, Can you please explain what resolution you have provided . Are you refunded my Money ???? Are you send the product I had ordered ( 50 % of the order has not yet despatched), Any answer for the same you have .?

When I had raise a ticket, next moment i am getting the message that issue resolved... Here the question mark is :- how you have resolved the issue without providing any resolution . They are totally lies .

Please answer my question :- What resolution you had provided ???????????????
