Patanjali Ayurved — Order not placed and money has been deducted.. Till now not refunded

I have placed order on order me App worth rs 1020..On 29/07/2020..but my order not confirmed and money has been also deducted.. Till now not refunded.. No customer care assistance.. I have tried many times order me customer care but no response.. Horrible experience.. Feeling cheated.
