Patanjali Ayurved — order not placed but amount debited.

I have ordered of rs. 1484/- some items from www.patanjaliayurved.net on 24/03/2019 at 11.24am. I paid the amount through paytm internet banking service. When i paid the amount all particulars filled correctly and the amount was deducted from my account successfully but in the order history it shows "order cancelled". I informed about the same at their portal. By this time i have not received any response from patanjali.
