Patanjali Ayurved — Order not received completely and money not refunded nor the product delivered | |
I have ordered A list of items from order me app with my order no 179826with a bill of 2450. I have received an order of 1200RS . BUT I have no update regarding remaining products as the bill was prepaid and it should be refunded or reflected in app but it's not showing anywhere. I have called many times to patanjali head office haridwar but they are not helping me out. It requested to please look into the issue seriously as I am going to file a case in court regarding patanjali and order. And my order is showing delivered but I have not received. My remaining amount of Rs1200 should be refunded or should deliver the items with prior notice as everyday I am calling customer service of patanjali and order me but no response.
