Patanjali Ayurved — ordered cancelled on order me app and issue mailed to customer care email ; but no refund initiated neither email was replied back

I cancelled an order, 156039 (Order no.) on patanjali orderme app on 29.07.2020, but no refund was received by me till now i. E. 07.08.2020. I emailed the refund complaint to [protected]@orderme.co.in, but issue didn't resolved. I am attaching the screenshots of cancelled order and mail for kind redressal and refund.
