Patanjali Ayurved — orderme app issue - money deducted but the order is not placed. | |||
I have placed order of 1376 from orderme app on 8th september. - the amount is deducted but the order number not created due to app issue. I have been waiting since then - wrote 3 emails to the support and called multiple times. I thought unlike other websites they have good customer care since they are known for ethicalness - but no. Customer care also not at par — they told only one thing — you will receive refund. Now its 15days passed - no refund is received. Was this information helpful? | |||
