[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — owner of the shop denied to give bill | |||||
I was purchasing the patanjali multani mitti scrub on 28th of september 2019 at 7:05 pm. After selecting the scrub i asked the shopkeeper about the envelope he denied giving it. After that i asked about the bill it denied giving the bill giving the reason that he doesn't get any margin (Saving) in it. Then he returned my payment done through paytm by him. The name of the shopkeeper is prem with mobile no [protected]. The behavior toward customer is very disappointing. With the esteemed customer ethics i want you to legal action against the shopkeeper.
