On 9th May, 2020, I placed an order on Patanjali Ayurveda app, however cancelled it after few days because of delay from their side. It is going to be 6 months since then, however they did not refund the money yet. I called customer care many times and every time they are telling me that their backend team is working on the request. Means they are just doing time pass.
