Respected sir/ maam
With due regards i want state that on 23 may 2020, i had ordered some essential's through patanjali ayurved application (Order id [protected], order value rs. 1448 respectively.
The order is prepaid paid by. However even after more than 15 days the status has not changed from "placed" to further status.
Upon checking regularly, i had sen an email to customer care but yet no reply.
After few days i could see the status as "process", but on 12 june 2020 i see the status as "cancelled" (It has not been cancelled by me) and there is no message or email stating the reason for cancellation,
I have again sent and email but have not received any reply.
Meanwhile i have been trying to call the customer care number but cannot reach them.
Please take necessary action and see that my amount is refunded at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
