I have purchased half kg cow's ghee before 20 days from big bazar at vile parle, mumbai. Today i open & saw that it was leaked and carton was soaked by ghee though it was sealed. I have taken a photograph before opening. Pl. Enquire about it who handled the transportation and supplies. Because it will hampered your reputation in market. I have ordered few products on 15/10/2017 online through Patanjali app and i have already made the payment however i have not received any confirmation email and the status is showing completed i don't know what is going on when i am trying to contact patanjali office's number i unable to contact please advise i should i do.
