I have purchased a pack of poha from patanjali mega store, laketown kolkata, But after opening the packet at my home I found that tha entire poha was damaged with fungus all around.How such a big brand can pack defective products & make available for sale.The matter is not of cost or refund or replacement of product.My matter of concern is that why such irresponsible behaviour from patanjali.
I should be compensated for the breach of trust by this brand.My purpose of buying poha at that time was not fullfilled due to defective poha.I had to bear pain of going to that store again & returning it in this covid time.I had left the defective product in that store only & hadnot taken anything in exchange.
