There are weevils or grain beetels in the rice in sealed whole 10 kg pack of rozana rice and when the shopkeeper was ask to replace it they said it can't be done. And he suggested me many ways to hand pick the beetels from the rice and suggested that it happens very often. If a person is going for a rice of 100₹ per kg is supposed to get product of this quality. I suggest that if want to keep your faith in public and don't want consumers to search for some other options, then u need to take some steps to avoid such situations.
