Made online payment of more than rs 1500 for order numbers [protected] and [protected] on 2nd may 2020. Cash on delivery option was not allowed stating covid 19 as reason. I got confirmation sms from qp-patanj about order number and amount of payment.
I needed to order medicines for my parents urgently.
Have got neither delivery nor refund.

Updated by Kirti Kothari On making phone call to [protected] I was asked by a mr gupta to give him a fresh list of items required and make a fresh payment. Only after I make the new payment will the refund be made.
Have received delivery of some items but some items are yet to be delivered. The list which came with delivery contained all items but few items not delivered.
Either they should deliver remaining items or refund the amount remaining.
