Dear Customer Service My order was placed on 5th December 2015, Till date no news from your Executive. This is my First Order and such is the service am getting from Patanjali. If you dont have product why its shown available on your Web Page. I placed an order [protected] on 01 December 2015 . Still 15-Dec-2015, I didn't received the shipment. I have call on this no but one time taken the complaints they didn't pick the phone (at[protected]. I emailed and sent many reminder on email id but only they reply that order under process. Now they stop communicating to me.
This was my first order but after such poor performance I decide to make it my last order. It seems they are least bother of customer complaint. The product were shown available at the time of booking and still no news of delivery.
At Last my suggestion is that please provide contact no of higher management so that Like me any person can informed the poor service of customer care in your organization to save the image of such type of organization. I like to expose such bad service to people so they stop placing order on-line and waste money and time. Kindly take action on such pathetic service
