Patanjali Ayurved — Received a wrong product via online order

Please refer our complaint letter dated 09 June 2021 regarding the wrong product received against our order to [protected]@orderme.co.in.
2.But, NO further response/action taken so far.
3.However, subject complaint is as under:- a.Following items received without placing demand from your store on 05 June 2021 vide. your invoice no -TI30481AAA2122 dated- 28/05/2021:-
(a). Power vita plus -2Nos
(b). Chyawanprash avleh -1 Nos

b. But the items bill enclosed in this packet is totally different as under:-
(a). Aloevera juice 1L(Fibre)-2Nos
(b). Turmeric power 200gm-1Nos
(c). Amla juice 1L -2Nos
(d). Saundarya Aloevera gel 150 ml -1Nos
(e). Giloy juice 500 ml- 1Nos

c. I placed following demand on 27 May 2021vide order no. 962820 and paid Rs. 1040/- through online. But items not yet delivered:-
(a). Aloevera juice 1L (Fibre) -2Nos
(b). Turmeric powder 200gm -1Nos
(c). Amla juice 1L -2Nos
(d). Saundarya Aloevera gel 150ml-1Nos
(e). Mustard oil(b) 1L - 1Nos
(f). Giloy juice 500ml - 1Nos.

4.Speedy deliver of the items as per our order and take over the wrong items dispatched from your end may highly appreciated.
