Patanjali Ayurved — Refusal of retainer to replace pre-opened cream | |||
I am a regular user of patanjali products and advocate the same to my near and dear ones. However today i had an unfortunate incident. I purchased a cocoa butter cream for 425 rs/-. On coming home i was unable to open it easily and it seemed to opened prior to my purchase and was closed poorly. The seal of it was already torn. When i took it back to the dealer (For whom i am a regular customer) they accused me of having opened it myself and refused to replace the expensive cream. Being a regular customer and offended, i asked the personnel to keep the product as well as money. They are rather arrogant and refuse change to customers. I have the bill with me. I can furnish them when required. It is rather unfortunate. If i can leave my money there, i am not someone who will open a pack then return it wanting a fresh one. I trusted the salesperson to give me a decent product. But this is a very poor experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
