Patanjali Ayurved — Rude service at mulund west shop (Shop at ground floor, kappeesh centre, mulund, west, mumbai-400080) est | |||
I visited your mulund west shop today to purchase some biscuit packs. After purchasing 5 packets and making the payment, i asked the sales person to show me the amla candy jar. Since it contained added sugar, i did not buy it. Subsequently i asked him to show the bel candy bar which is considered good for health. The sales man suddenly got extremely rude and told me that he would show it to me only if i wanted to buy it. I told him that that my decision would depend on the ingredients and i wanted to know the ingredients before taking the decision to buy it. The salesman continued to be rude stating that he did not have the time to show all the products to everyone.It is pertinent to note that during this entire discussion, there were only three customers in the shop ( myself and two ladies). I had to explain to the sales man that this attitude was certainly fit for business and he was behaving extremely rudely. But he remained adamant. I believe that due care will be taken by patanjali while selecting its distributors/retailers especially that now it has ambitions of competing with mncs/large fmcg companies.The reputation and image of patanjali will be affected because of such incidents. We may have the best of ad support and good products, but if the retailer does not have a service mindset then the entire effort is wasted. Please ensure a service mentality across the distribution chain before entering the fmcg space . Was this information helpful? | |||
