Patanjali Ayurved — Seems face online shopping site

I have placed an order for patanjali products & i get the message on phone states that my order has been placed, while i am tracking the order with order id, it shows nothing.
I am not sure if order has been placed or not, while money deducted from my bank account, not had any information until when it would be delivered.
trying to call on customer care, they are not picking up the call, mail them as well, no response yet.

Kindly suggest what need to be done.
Seems its better to go to the stores to purchase products instead order online, if its so, please let me know the procedure to cancel the order & find out the status.
