Sir, With due respect I want to inform that I have purchased a bottle of Triphala churna batch no.#A-397 from a Patanjali shop on BAGALUR road, Bangalore few days ago, but when I used it I noticed fine sand particles in it. Which may be harmful to the health. It seems that before making churn its ingredients are not cleaned properly and it is Ignorance of your Quality assurance service. And secondly I am regular user of the Patanjali product .And also advise others to do so .therefore my strong trust must not go away. Please take the needful action as soon as possible. .email address printed on product is also not receiving any mail.
