Patanjali Ayurved — urgent:my incomplete order and no refund since 2 months

Respected sir/madam, i placed a order for first time on patanjaliayurved.net on[protected] at 3.49 pm. My order number is [protected]. At first the order was delayed by very much long time. But when it reached to the hub nearest to me, after few days it got returned without any attempt to deliver my product. This was a very bad experience with patanjali for first time, i didnt expected this from patanjali. Now, it has been almost 12-13 days has gone after the return has been delivered to patanjali in haridwar. But still my refund is not initiated nor a replacement has been sent again with a different courier company... I request patanjali to process my refund fast because already its going to be around 2 months my money is with you. Please process my refund fast -anuj kumar gupta
