Patel Tours And Travels — undue delay in reaching destination

I had booked a bus through patel tours and travels from pune to rajkot. The bus departed at 6.15pm on the 14th of august. It was expected to reach at 11am on the 15th of august. This timing were mentioned online while booking the ticket. There was not much traffic neither any rains but the bus made numerous stops on the way waiting for a long time all the way. Now i'm still in the bus on the 15th of august and they are telling me thay we will reach at 5pm to rajkot. Ridiculous delay!!!
