Patna Municipal Corporation — absence of garbage receiver and workers not working well.

Sir,
I live in patliputra near sai mandir - patna 13. The garbage picker isn't regular. When asked about this irregularities they give some excuses. The workers aren't performing well and are charging extra money to pick up the garbage. Some days they do come but doesn't get the garbage. The place is totally polluted and it's sickening to see garbage all flying around. The apartment gate is flooded and it stinks dreadfully, inviting all kinds of dangerous diseases.
Kindly take proper action to eradicate this problem.
