I wish to draw the attention of concerned authorities towards illegal encroachment for the local shop-owners in front of Shobha Niketan Apartment next to Ara Garden Residencies, Ara Garden Road . The road is 20 feet and supporting a busy traffic of the residents of the said road . During the busy hours in the day/evening the encroachment by the shop-owners on the road is causing a perennial nuisance and traffic jams.

Concerned authorities are requested to intervene and help restoring peace and harmony .

I am a resident of Basant vihar colony opposite Lakshmi complex, boring road patna-1 .
These street dogs roaming around the locality cause much high risk of biting to the residents as well as visitors. They bark in the nights too that we can't even sleep properly.

Day by day their number is increasing and formed a gang in which they keep fight that they have started attacking on the people living in this area. Even they attacked on me too. On daily basis on the way to work and returning home

I am requesting you to look on this matter as soon as possible & take necessary actions. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

I, dr. Arjun prasad singh am a law abiding responsible citizen of your state and presently residing at naya tola, ghera, dabur gali, kumhrar, kankarbagh, patna -800026, ward no-56. I see a huge irregularities in the ongoing project of installation of drainage pipes and sewage systems in the lane where i live. Mr. Sahi, the contractor is exploiting all the norms and the pipes are installed 2.5 to 3 feet above the present road. This would result in heavy water logging in the area affecting at least 1000 people. Beside all this, this project has almost sacked all the routes from last eight months and expecting another year by this pace and it is just for 300 meters road. As per honourable high court of patna, there must be some measures to built sewage system includes levelling of surfaces, sand deposit at the bottom, proportion height etc. But nothing is taken into consideration. Local tried to argue with the contractor but he is playing like goons.

It seems that we are under house arrest, can not use our vehicles for so long. We are really afraid if immediate action is not taken, it would be a disaster for the colony.
This is my humble request to take a prompt action and fix the issue as soon as possible.

There is no facility of garbage collection in our area... Due to this heaps of garbage has been collected beside my house.. Also mosquitoes are growing abudantly in numbers due to this, may cause some serious diseases like malaria.. Please provide garbage collection facility in our area.. We are not demanding anything more but atleaet government should provide basic civic amenities.. I have complained before also many times but no action has been taken place

We live in ward no. 3 of khalilpura, phulwari sharif area there was a so many boundary wall on road so many people of this area have problem to drive in our area. schools have problem about it the kids are always become late in school every time the have traffic jam in this area due to boundry wall on road no school bus come to take the childern this distroy the future of student kindly do the needful as soon as possible and take action for this problem

In my apt. Garbage is being lifted from 01.09.2019 but the incharge of ward no 2/3 is insisting to pay it from january 2019.
Competent authorities are requested to instruct the in charge not to insist payment for the period when service was not provided.
We had already incurred expenses for garbage disposal through private arrangement by engaging mineal labour.
I shall highly appreciate pmc authorities for redressal of my grievance!

The main holes of park road area is open after the construction of new road of the locality. The road was constbefore 10 days. Due to this the traffic of the locality is affecting and the mishappening will also take place. The local people tried to contact ward councillor but he is not receiving the calls. The contractor has disturbed the all 4 routes of exist and entry of park road by doing some incomplete works.
Kindly take action and do the needful to cover the main holes.

I belong to ward no. 30 (Sorangpur, east rk nagar) adjacent to new bye pass. Almost 50 houses remain emerge in drain water / rain water for 2-3 months together every year. No road, no drainage system. Residents are compelled to move in the dirty smelling water, children are unable to attend school or coaching. Outsider / support service person hate to reach to resident of this locality. No one takes care for mohalla adjacent to bye pass for years together, unable to understand. Health / hygiene issue is also there.

There is too much of waste disposal in front of my house from various sources. Please get it cleaned as soon as possible. From being avoidable this has really started to cause disturbance in commuting and normal daily life activities. We have already tried manually asking people not to dispose of domestic waste but the problem still persists.

Please do help us this is our very humble request.

I am Resident of Ashok Raj path sultanganj, the area has become really hell, All the streets are broken. They have been dug up but from a long time but haven't yet repair. The condition if all the streets are really very bad its in vulnerable condition.commuters are really having so much trouble. There is no action taken by municipal corporation. Pollution levels is extremely dangerous. Dust is everywhere causing health problems. I request to municipal corporation to take needful actions on the urgent basis.

I had applied for a birth certificate for my new born daughter at patna municipal corporation pmc on 20th dec 2018. Details of my daughter are given below:

Pmc stated that the birth certificate will be issued to me in next 2 weeks but it’s been over 2.5 months now and they say that it’s still in process without any valid reason.
May i request you to expedite this and help me to get my daughter’s birth certificate

I lives at rajbanshinagar road no.-1 n my area falls under ward number-20. My complain regarding main chamber in my area is blocked due to that dirty water is overflowing in my house... I made a complain with ward counselor seema singh but she didn't show any interest instead her husband who was ex ward counselor said since i don't get any votes to my party from your areas so ur problem will be resolved not at the priorities basis. We pay corporation tax but we don't have right to get my problem solved... So it is requested to you that plz resolve my problem boz we are compel to live in horrible situation n try to take some action against such ward counselor...

We, the residents of ramkrishna colony, east of bazaar samiti, patna-800006, ward 47 have the following complaint. The public toilet (Sarvajanik shauchalaya) near bakri mandi, bazaar samiti, is being used for commercial purpose instead of as a public utility. An illegal vendor has encroached and opened a shop selling cigarettes and gutkha (Whose sale is banned by government) bang on the gate of the female wing of the toilet due to which no woman can dare enter the toilet. The toilet premises have also become a den of antisocial elements who use it for consuming alcohol and drugs. Earlier complaints to ward councillor have failed to yield any result. We request municipal commissioner and mayor to kindly take immediate action and get the premises vacated by encroachers.

Residents of ramkrishna colony

Sir we are living in the tej pratap nagar colony, near rajesh petrol pump, new by pass road, anisabad, patna-2. Sir opposite to our house there is a godawn which throw pollutants and garbage to nearby path. Mal druggs and expired medicines are pour near the path. It badly smells. During morning or evening the godawn workers lit fire on the garbage which creates dangerous fumes and smell. The patherby are forced to creep out by whaled mouth. Sir we are giving you photo of a dead calf body which is badly smelling. The godawn has made the spot garbage dump yard. The colony people are now throwing the garbage at the spot. The ward councillor of ward-13 is not responding the problem.

It is a matter of concern to all the small businessman of patna, bihar ; as patna municipal corporation is going to charge taxes on display - boards of the small shops, etc. This is not a fair deal, as, small businessmen are under deep pressure due to problems created by note - bandi & gst. Now, the new order of charging taxes on display - boards of the small shops is as like : jale par namak chhirakna.
So, please, care for my request and do not charge any additional tax on display - boards of the small shops, etc. For at least two to three years. Rest is ok. Thank you.

I am a residential of phulwari sharif, sabajpura more.
In my area there is no any street light provided by the local muncipal which create a lot of problem for ladies, girl, and for old age men and women in the night.
And garbage lifting facility is also not available which create a lot of problem regarding health.
Pls sovle the issue as soon as possible.

The connecting road between anisabad phulwarisarif main road and our apartment is about 20 feet wide but it is illegally encroached on both sides leading to narrowing of it and some places it is narrowed down to about 10- 12 feets.
Also, there is illegal parking of vehicles on this road in such an extent that it is a very tough task to pass through this road.
Therefore i request you to kindly do the needful.

Today i went to get ration from one of the ration disbursing agency whose vendor name is kamla devi having code no[protected] ward no-38 at bankipur circle. Vendor didn't gave ration to me besides that started abusing me very badly... It's not only matter of mine, even all beneficiaries gets treated at same level. She also sell that ration at high prices to the retailer's without any authority. So on behalf of all members we want justice that her license should get cancelled.

This complaint is concerned to mig colony, near shivaji park, kankarbagh. There are too many dogs in the locality who create too much nuisance during the night which is too much for having a sound sleep. As per the fundamental right to sleep in article 21 of the constitution its necessary to get a noise free environment for sleep and in this condition it's the responsibility of the municipality to adhere to it. Please look into the matter as soon as possible because its already 2-3 weeks of tolerating so much of disturbances.

Sir here street dog are very much in population and they are very dangerous they bite human child and person walking on street. All men are now scared form them so plz help us. And now every pet animals like cow etc are get bitten by them and they are very much in population.

i would like to bring your kind attention to the bad condition of road in my locality. the condition of the road become worst during the rain season.they cause road accident.there is an outbreak of mosquitoes in the locality leading to the spread of malaria in the monsoon.

We are the residents of road no 13 b rajendra nagar, patna - 800016, bihar. The patna municipal corporation show negligence towards us. Street light has been installed all over the town but not in road no 13 a and 13 b. Encroachment has been removed all over the town but not here. These slums are here for over 20 years. They throw garbage all over the road, pass latrine in front of our houses, dump dead animals, breed pigs which are a reason for street accidents and animal bites and diseases such as swine flu and bird flu. The waterlogging in this colony is causing dengue and malaria. The nagar nigam is always negligent towards us. The garbage bin was placed at the corner of the road but they placed it in front of our houses is a reason for the spread of diseases as mosquitoes and flies breed into it. People cannot even pass through this road due to bad smell and garbage dump. We'd complained officials and pmc ward inspector regarding this but no action is actions has been taken. We are living in hellish condition please help us.

This is to inform you that in ward no 58 near chitragupt gupta mandir which is 2500 yrs old there is illegal khatal and the status is worse land were occupied by the people there is a land for park also but all the illegally they occupied it and there was also decision from supreme court to make it vacant after my several complain to local leaders they were not given me any appropriate answer and we're not constructed cowdung were spread on road
So please do the needful because after rainy season mahamari fail jayega

Sir, it is very painful to intimate you that, where our honourable pm introduce and make us aware about swaksh bharat abhiyan. We are fail to complete his mission.in our area no facility provided by the pmc to dispose off household garbage & under compulsion we are paying ₹ 200/- pm for the same which is very expensive. Request provide the facility. Kaushlesh kr chandmari road patna bihar.

Close 310 members from 34 families are living in the road number 08 b back side of little lamp school in rajeev nagar, ward 01, patna 800024. Some o[censored]s have invested our life time savings to buy the land/house. However, life here is very challenging because of lack of proper roads and sewage disposal facilities.

There is just one road for all our commutement to school, work, hospital, basic access, etc., named road number 08 b. This road is not at all motorable and for the past 10-12 years it is in the same condition. It is only 0.5km stretch.
There is no sewage or drainage system in the locality. Sewage water stagnation near our homes are a big threat to the health of children and elders in these colonies. We need both storm water drainage and sewage drainage systems to be put in place.
The ward commissioner of patna nagar nigam visited our residential colony in the month of may 2017 and assured to lay motorable roads as well as build drainage system. According to his assurance, the corporation of nagar nigam had passed a resolution to acquire the disputed land last month. And we all are eagerly waiting for the g. O. To be passed and lay proper roads prior to the rainy season in patna.

We request the corporation commissioner to take immediate action on this issue and provide us roads and drainage. It is basic necessity for a family to live in a happy & healthy environment

Cannot sleep in night due to. Menace created by street. Dogs. Keeps whole night barking. Wandering here n there with gangs. Request you to end this problem.
Very problematic for children n working class people. Looking forward to you in this matter to provide help and eventually in solving this problem.

I stay outside of the country and the dreadful condition near my house (360-south nehru nagar, po patliputra colony) makes me write this message to you guys. I wish i could personally meet you up one day and make you understand the filthy conditions that my family is made to stay with.

Even though the slogan of swachh bharat is way long for our city i would really request your team to spot this dirty # out of my house and provide a descent surroundings to old people.

My house falls in one of the dirtiest neighborhood with garbage piled up since years and is a house to dangerous diseases and all possible sorts of worms/snakes and stuffs like that, it makes our life's next to impossible to walk passing the garbage pile, the entire colonies garbage is dumped there and the municipal truck picks up only garbage from the road and really not clean up the entire area, we have had huge fights with colony people just to stop them throwing all this rubbish near to anyone's house but as it is.. The case deaf ears are all around. As our state is popular with rowdy people who scare my old parents if they speak against this garbage nuisance. Just today we spotted snake in the house and is still hiding somehwere has raelly made my write write to u.

If your team visits the garbage pile near 360- south nehru nagar, near old hp gas godown, po patliputra i would really not need to write the details.

In Patna Bihar Yarpur Rajputana Shivajee Path 800001. Bihar Govt. recently increased the building tax with 100% means double from previous one and decreased the service. This is the fact. Here in yarpur people leaving in roads where pigs and animal are staying and roads full of drainage water.In my family whole member suffer from malaria due to bad enviroment. WE ARE PAYING MONEY TO GOVT. AND GOVT. PROVIDING DISEASE, BAD SOCIETY IN CAPITAL OF BIHAR. AND I AM NOT LEAVING IN INTERIOR OF PATNA I AM LEAVING NEAR VIDHAN SABHA. our office is in ward no. 17 of patna municipal corporation in our are neither any road nor drainage system is constructed many time i and other local resident are contact to local parsad and MLA but no any action was taken. in this area living is very difficult many time people entered in open manhole please look into the matter
