Patna Municipal Corporation — delay in issuance of birth certificate by patna municipal corporation

I had applied for a birth certificate for my new born daughter at patna municipal corporation pmc on 20th dec 2018. Details of my daughter are given below:
Name: aadya jaiswal
Date of birth: 14th dec 2018
Date of application: 20th dec 2018

Pmc stated that the birth certificate will be issued to me in next 2 weeks but it’s been over 2.5 months now and they say that it’s still in process without any valid reason.
May i request you to expedite this and help me to get my daughter’s birth certificate
