Patna Traffic Police — not attentive or promptness cause huge traffic jam

Due to inactive of traffic police a heavy jam occurred in phulwarisharif and phulwari - danapur road. This can anytime cause chaos. As aiims hospital is there any emergency patient can loss his life in this traffic jam. This is very irresponsible behavior of traffic police and the citizen too. Every day it take time of at least more than two hours in morning to visit the hospital.
