Paulo Travels — 3rd class service with 3rd class behaviour of staff. | |||
I had booked a ticket from Pune to Mumbai for 9th may 2017. Reporting time of bus was 4:20 am. I was calling at their customer service number provided on the ticket since 4:00 am to know the status of the bus. But no one answered the call, neither the bus arrived at pick up point till 5 am. At 5 am, some staff member of paulo travels called me and rudely he said that bus is just half an hour late... what kind of service is this ???? I think they are just doing a timepass and not concerned about the business. They should work on their customer services or else should not have give the option to customers to opt for early morning bus. Was this information helpful? | |||
