I had booked my bus on 9th August 2022 at 12.30pm margaon. when it's was 9 min left i got the msg that the bus will be delay by 1 hrs. And after one hour they send mini Paulo bus and said the bus is there in Panjim. We reached Panjim by 2.27pm when we went to the office he said the bus will be at 3.00pm. and if we ask him why the bus is delayed the are not responding properly. Is this the way you treat you passangers. And the man(Mohammad) who call for the final call he is also rude with the passenger he does not know how to speck with the girls. This is not the first time m facing the this issue last time also same thing had happened. Paulo service is very pathetic.

    It's very unfortunate that today 16 july22, , Goa to Ahmagnagar bus No GA 8546, started from panaji 2000hrs, stops at kholapur 0345 in the middle of road, no toilet zone, I am ith kid and wife, next pune 0700, no toilet zone
    Pls don't travel with Paulo travels

      I have booked seat no 5. Now informing that seat no. Is 18. Last seat . And also informed that bus was cancelled if you're told me before in morning i would have cancelled it. Otherwise you could have cancelled. I would have opted for other bus service. And the your customer care and driver are behaving rudely. If i not get proper reply i have to complaint regarding this issue.
      Called several times to your office. Still no response
      My pick up point was kachiguda tourist hotel and they asked to come to nampally metro station and also informed at 3:30 pm spent 150 rs for auto and got to pick up van

        Hi, my name is Naman Talati. I have used their website for booking ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore and done the payment successfully. Later after payment it gave me an error and I have not received any message or email for ticket confirmation.

        I tried to call their official website no. Of headquarters but only one number is working and on that number its just ringing very very unprofessional. Later to confirm about my booking I called mumbai office and there they checked there was no booking done under my name or details so she said this will get refunded you can book you new ticket not an issue.

        So I had booked new ticket an that ticket got confirmed. After 10 min I had received confirmation message of the previous ticket also. I was shocked how isit possible. So I contacted mumbai office back they asked for name and checked there was 2 seat booking on my name and later they are denying that I had previously called them I have proof on my call history with date and time. Now they are saying we cannot help you anything call the goa office only. And the Loop continues Goa office there us no one to receive call. Where shall i call? Whom shall I contact?

        I want my full refund there is no logic on booking 2 different single seat with same name and same contact details.

          I was picked up 2 hours late at 8pm instead of 6pm. Consequently, the bus arrival time in Goa became 10am next day. The running time of the bus is 14 hours as it goes from Pune.

          It stops at Kolapur inbetween for quite sometime, driver boards his passangers on the way and earn side income. After all this the bus running hours has been 20hours 4pm in Goa and i have always witnessed this whenever I visit Goa.

          Earlier the buses were directly routed to Goa and not from Pune and Kolapur, it was 8 hours journey. Can this be explicitly declared while booking so that do not choose to go Goa from Pune and Kolapur?

            Today I am traveling from Surat to Ahmednagar by Paulo bus. In this bus I paid for seat number 3, 4, pnr no[protected], bus number GJ 14 X 7772
            But when I got on the bus, I saw that the seat number was completely wet. At that time I brought the matter to the notice of the driver and his assistant but they said there was nothing we could do so . my family and I had to make the journey standing in the bus. I complain that I just have to pay for the ticket for standing travelling and get the rest amount back to me as soon as possible

                I booked ticket on 23 may for route goa to valsad . I paid for it inr 5758.00 but i didn’t get pnr number and on web site my booking doesn’t shows. Nd it’s already 3rd day but still I didn’t get any answer of mail. I want my refund of money inr 5758.00

                    Nobody was calling me or picking up my call on pickup location
                    Then somehow I reached on Mr Alex at 8:00 he said that bus already left and very rude. I have even screenshot of calls .
                    Then Mr. Alex told me to come by taxi to Panjim which is not my pickup location i came there by paying 600 rupees from my pocket.
                    I want my money back.

                    I want to file complaint in consumer forum if my problem doesn't solve

                      I need refund against the ticket I booked of 4th may from yerwada to sawantwadi through redbus..But the bus left the pickup point before the scheduled time from yerwada... So I went to next pickup point swargate to catch the bus... And i informed the driver as well as paulo travels office too about this.. But there also driver departed before scheduled time and left me waiting there at the stop...on calls they were arguing with us, misbehaving with us..and..miscommunicate with us about their reaching to pickup points...after this incident i was calling paulo travels office.. But they didn't answered my calls... I need my all money back.. I NEED REFUND ASAP

                      I reached at 9am at swargate stop... The departure time was 9:05 am... You may also verify through cctv cameras which are at swargate pickup point... They didn't even care to pickup the calls and were never arrived at the pickup point...

                        I booked ticket for three from Navi Mumbai to Goa (AC -Sleeper- Booking with PNR Number - 57DSMRVB, (Make my trip platform) journey planned for 30th April 2022 (11:00 pm). At last moment received message, your booking is canceled. How can a person arrange for last minute schedule change. No one is bothered to take responsibility. Very pathetic and wrong service offered by Paulo. Third class rating, will make sure that, everyone gets updated about Paulo travels hopeless service

                                  We are with family Mumbai to Goa road date 1 Apr 2022 bus no AR 11 A7775 pick up from thane...but bus is stopped near by khalapur highway and there is no service or alternate way out for further transport...my 6 year girl is very disturbed sitting in bus without AC or fan and dinner or else...no one bother from your company to take corrective actions on it but driver also not any supportive...
                                  Appreciate for your third class service and request to return atleast our booking amount asap...

                                  Mentioned complaint typing at 3:35 am from highway with more than 20 peoples waiting for your response after 4 hrs.

                                  Still we definitely going to legal complaint to concern firm and grahak munch...

                                    Very bad experience with paulo travels while travelling from Bangalore to Goa. No proper timing of bus, No proper pickup and follow up with passenger. Not so good behaviour of staff with passenger. Didn't call before boarding the bus and left with no prior information.

                                        The driver has stopped for rest stop how we can do the dinner it's already 10:30 and they are telling rest stop will come at 12:00 am this is not the dinner time pls slove it fast our change ur rest stop
