I tried booking Goa ticket from paulo travels website but my money got cut and ticket did not get book, name of pasenger Ramesh, date 4th Feb 2017, i tried to send email to [protected]@paulotravels.com but there was no response till today and then when i called now on helpline they said they did not receieve the email as yet and asked me to send again,
PLEASE HELP

    I, m old consumer of Paulo travel . This is my 5th journey with Paulo travel . Today I travel Mumbai to Goa bus no. 4095 timing 21:00 pm . In this travel conductor behavior is so poor label and pantahtic . This type of behavior with a particular customer is very bad very low level .

    So I request to Paulo travel plz trainee this type off staff .

      Never book paulo bus in your life
      The worst service i received from paulo travels in my life. On 24th dec 16 while travelling from panaji to ooty (Via banglore-mysure).
      Drivers & cleaners was using bad language with all passengers, mobile charging point was not working, bus was not cleaned properly (When complained they told us that it will be replaced at next point but we travelled full journey with same bus).
      As i booked return ticket on 31st dec 16. They told me on same day that you have to arrange your own transport from ooty to mysure & they will pay the cost of that transportation (But they never did it till today). Anyhow i managed to book my own transport from ksrtc bus & i found that it was less costly with good services & safe as it is govt. Organization.
      Friends my suggestion is please don’t travel in paulo bus if you want good travelling experience. Just go and book ksrtc or any other govt. State road transport corporation which is not costly & safe to travel & also with good services.

        Im from goa and studying in bangalore so i quite frequently keep moving and i have noticed whenevr i travel by paulos i find the staff very arrogant and not at all helpful which i never feel with other travel buses and hence i aviod travelling by paulos. Please do appoint staff who provide good customer service i[censored]ll want people to travel by paulos.

          I have no clue whether action will be taken but still want to keep the paulo travel owner aware of it:
          M34 - goa to mumbai paulo travels on 15 dec 2016.. From last 1 hour 15 mins bus is just standing at pune, and letting people in whoever wants to go to mumbai, when asked to driver of the same, he says we are waiting for people who have booked, but one one person had booked the ticket remaining 12 person who was all without ticket... Is this service provide by paulo??? We as though become late due do bad road conditions and on top of it more than an hour of the bus stops just to ment money?? Who is responsible for it... Hope the higher authority rectify the same.. As these drivers are spoiling the name by this behaviour...

          Refund requested - on phone, SMS, emails.
          Nothing worked so far.
          Panjim manager & office worst- dumb & dead.
          Don't expect refund.
          Never to deal with these Morons again.

            We had booked a trip for 2 on paulo's
            Ac sleeper which was a
            'man-airbus 2x1 (40) ac seater-sleeper '
            Paying an amount of ₹1908, scheduled to depart on[protected], 2106 hrs.
            On 11th morning i got a call informing me about a delay of 45 mins. I reached the stop at 2145, and the bus finally arrived at 2245, the torture didn't end there.
            What was supposed to be a man bus turned out to be an old ashok leyland. It seemed obvious that this arrangement was made to fill up the seats. The bus had filthy linen, no blankets were provided, surprising service after collecting a charge of ₹950+ for a seat.
            The ac was more of an inconvenience, inlet was right over us with chill breeze blowing continuously on our legs throughout the night, and being an inlet it couldn't be adjusted.
            Fortunately for our return, we booked our trip on sugama paying only ₹700 was super luxurious compared to the paulo we traveled in
            "paulo travels conning customers by advertising it as a man bus not good'

                We have booked paulo travels non-ac bus for travelling on 9 october 2016 from mumbai to goa but due to some issue, the bus did not show up and we were transferred to a. C. And we booked return journey from goa to mumbai with the same travel from bus. Issues while travelling:

                1. Full a. C. During travelling so that passengers purchase their blankets which were not provided by travels even being a. C. Bus.

                2. The bus said that they will arrange a pick by mini-bus from calungate to mapusa from where bus departs but that did not happen and we had to pay 800 as taxi fare to travel from calungute to mapusa.

                3. While travelling from goa to mumbai the bus driver was travelling so fast during journey that he busted the tyre and after completion waited at the same spot for 30 minutes or so to purchase from a shop nearby.

                3. During the whole journey was pulling up the unbooked passengers and that was so often that it looked like local bus pulling up their passengers due to which the bus got late around 6 hours.

                  I booked ticket from pune to goa. But requested to cancel ticket prior 2 days before journey date. Company asked to sent mail at [protected]@paulotravels.com, so mailed as their cancellation procedure. Even tried to call to pune and goa head office but response was misleading and deviating. They just pointed out each other to cancel the ticket. Even no response on mail and phone & no refund from company.

                  Hi my self Issa Hussain my order number ([protected]) booked through paytm. it was the worst journey in my life with paolo travels bus stopted in the medal of jungle for 6 hours because of some technical issues then they brought another bus that was not volvo i had paid for volvo then that bus seats are different and that bus doesn't have luggage cabin then again that bus also got puncture it took 2 hours to repair that thing when i booked it showed me morning 8am i will be in Hyderabad at ladki ka pool they drop at 7 pm at tolichoki shaik pet nala in another bus they don't even give water 11 hours late they drop me in Hyderabad
                  I need combuntion for this i have took all the pictures of waiting bus issues tyre puncture etc because of this i have leave important meetings in my office i have to drop my office my boss got crazy on me may be he will cut my one day pay I'm totally pissed of plz take any action on this

                    Hi I had a bus booking with Paulo Travels from Mumbai to Goa on 12th august 2016. The bus number GJ-05-AC-8898 was scheduled to arrive at Mumbai at 8 but it arrived at 9 instead. Nevertheless I didn't have much a problem as I didn't have any important work next day. But the behavior of the bus conductor was very aggressive. There were no facilities provided. And when I went on to take the blanket, the conductor became aggressive and refrained me from taking the blanket. Very pathetic and disgusting attitude was shown by Paulo travels towards their customer. I never expected such a reputed bus service to show such behavior with their customers. I do not recommend Paulo travels as an option for travel as they do not have the basic courtesy to deal with customers. Regret me booking a ticket with Paulo travels.

                      Hi, my sagar kulkarni. I trusted paulo travels frm last 5 yrs. Today I booked paulo at 22:00hrs from shivsai travelsfrom pune to goa at 23:45 hrs departure and it will reach at 8:30 am and it was confirmed about time as I had some important medical treatment in goa, according to that my plans were made.certainly I get call around 22:50 hrs from Paulo office that car reporting time is 00:30 and departure will be at 01:00hrs . And it will reach goa at 10:00. When I reached office and sat for som time, one employe tells me at 00:25 that travel will report at 01:00 hrs. this the service you provide?? Really discusting about service...it falls down the company. ..What about my medical appointment? ??? Still m sitting in office

                        I am jay belkar i am awaiting at my destination for the bus since 2 hours now and the bus is delayed due to what reason no idea.
                        I can understan there can be delay of 30 mins to an hour but its now more than 2 hours and whem i am calling the driver and the help desk they are not answering it correctly both of them are giving diffrernt reason in my language chutiya bana rahe hai

                          Hello Indian Citizen,
                          I am here to lodge complaint against www.paulobus.com.
                          On 24th May 2016 I had booked a Sleeper seat (AC) from Surat to Mumbai (Miraroad) . Pickup time was schedule by 10pm and Pickup address was New Sardar Market, Surat.
                          Bus no was GJ-05-BT-9707. Fare Taken 600.
                          We started the Journey and It took a halt at Valsad for half n hour.
                          After that there was a long journey to go to Mumbai.
                          - The Driver use to Switch the Cooling off and let the “ac blower fan” be on.
                          - This happened ones than we 2-3 people have raised the Concern. The cleaner and the Driver said there must be some issue. After that he just switched one Button ON and the AC started getting Cool.
                          - We that time realize that the Cleaner and the Driver may be trying to Safe the diesel and Exchange that in Cash for their own.
                          - After that Around 2:30am we got up in Sweat. Kids started weeping and 7-8 People came near the Door to Compliant.
                          - We shouted like hell to the Cleaner and the Driver and saw that the Button was again Off.
                          - Then he put the button ON .
                          - The Cleaner was regretting to Call his manager or any one senior saying they don’t have the number.
                          - One number the Cleaner Gave us which was Switched off.
                          - Indian People usually ignore this and adjust with everything. Please accelerate the issue or problem you have faced after paying the Amount too.

                          I don’t know whether this complaint Goes against Paulo or Dirver/Cleaner.
                          But if Paulo must be knowing about the button which is there to ON/OFF the Cooling. Which is Wrong Then Its Paulo’s Mistake? Other people were there for Pune who had paid 850 / Head.
                          Our Money Got wasted, Our Sleep was disturbed. Didn’t Expect from Paulo. Pathetic Experience

                            We booked 13 ac sleeper tickets from hyderabad to belgaum, karnataka on 14th april 2016. We booked through redbus and paulo travels hyderabad manager is asif, his phone number - [protected]. Tel.:+[protected] / 66625856 / 66625857

                            We boarded the bus at 7 pm and after an hour, the ac stopped working. We compromised to continue our travel as non ac .
                            We stopped for dinner at a dhaba, after finishing the dinner we noticed that one of the driver came back drunk. We called police and police took him into custody. The other driver started driving.

                            After half an hour the head lights stopped working the other driver was driving in the dark with out informing us.He is following other vehicles.
                            When we reached mannekhelli around at 12 in the midnight, the bus engine failed and we were left to strand beside the highway till the next morning 8 am.
                            They sent a back up semi sleeper bus after we lost 14 hours. There were no arrangements even for water. Ladies and kids suffered horribly.
                            The paulo travels management were not bothered about complaints we were making all through the night. The drivers were rude. They could have arranged another bus in hyderabad itself, but they did not.

                            We were told that we will get a refund for all the loss we had to suffer. But no one is responding, neither from Redbus nor from Paulo Travels.

                              My PNR is P[protected] Pune to Goa on 21 Oct 2015 has been booked in Paulo travels. After two days of booking i received a message from Paulo travels that trip has been cancelled and for details of alternate arrangement please call [protected]. In spite of calling many times there is no response from that number. I booked for my family so i cannot go for any alternate arrangement and i have went through cancellation policy of 30% charges.

                                We travelled from Ahmedabad to Mumbai through Travels - Paulo Travels : Bus Type - Volvo A/C Multi-axle seater/sleeper (2+1). Bus s fine from outside, but redesigned entire Volvo bus inside in such way u absolutely get no air, and everybody was sweating throughout the entire journey. Rather they can have windows which would actually get passengers some air than cheating like this. Even after so many complaints, i guess company hasn't taken any action saving customer's reputation ;) attender guy has absolute attitude when we requested them to adjust the temperature as its very hot inside. On top of it they do get passengers of the record to get some money to their pockets, no one can question them as he insults everyone who questions him. Contact number at boarding point:[protected]

                                  I had a bus booked for journey from Mahabaleshwar to Pune on 8th July 2015 (5:50 AM). I tried calling Paulo twice on 7th July to confirm about the booking and give me the details of the driver and bus. They replied me that they will pick me up from hotel and that I will receive sms from them at 9:00 pm on 7th july with necessary details of bus and driver. When I didn't receive any sms I called them to know that the bus that I had booked didn't exist. I booked bus through Redbus. According to them it was incorrect time and that I had to cancel the booking. The manner in which the person whom I was talking(from Paulo Travels) was as if it was my mistake that I had booked the bus. (His Number: [protected], Name: Somnath Chavan). This is really bad on part of Paulo travels that they are doing such things to customers. And also bad on part of Redbus that they don't verify any information prior to having it on there website.                                     Once again Paulo travels shows their neglegence .The sleeper coach on 2-6-15 expected to come at 19:30 did not turn up even at 21:50 and the travel agency did not even care to provide basic facilities and more over they locked their office even before the arrival of bus.Never travel by this agency.

                                      I travelled from Goa to pune on 5th April, The bus condition was bad. No curtains on the sleeper class and when we asked for it the staff asked why you need it. We asked to switch off the light but staff says no. Price of the ticket is 1900 and there is no blanket and if blanket required we need to pay Rs100... Even Rs500 ticket provides you bottle of water in train. Rash driving by the driver due to which I got hurt many times on my head.I told them to drive slow but no one listen. Will not going to travel with Paulo service anymore.

                                        i travelled from goa to hyderabad on 3rd nov, i have given dropping point as kondapur as they mentioned in online but they didnt provided as mentioned, when i asked about this driver talked very rudely and refused to give owner number, and i need take autoagain to reach my dropping point.
