I am writing to bring to your attention the inconvenience we experienced due to a significant delay in one of your buses.
On 26/11/23 at 08:15. We were a group of 2 boys and 2 girls, scheduled to take the bus from Madgaon KTC Bus Stand to Mumbai.
Unfortunately, the bus was almost 5 hours behind schedule, causing considerable disruption to our plans. This delay not only inconvenienced us but also resulted in additional expenses of the stay because the bus arrived at 12:45 AM and did not depart until 1:00 AM.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may contribute to delays, but as a customer, I rely on the punctuality of your services. I appreciate your attention to this matter and kindly request a refund for the inconvenience caused by the delay.

- Additional Expenses Incurred: Hotel stay: ₹3, 000/-, Cab: ₹1, 000/- and Train tickets penalty: ₹2, 000/-
