I am sanjay pandit, had booked a ticked from kankawali to pune dated 15/01/2019. The departure time was 10:00 pm from kankawli st stand. But the bus never arrived at the destination, nor i received any massages regarding my bus number or any other details. So when i called at the customer care center they told me to file a complaint here.

In Paulo travels i was charged extra 200 for a parcel with food from pune to surat dated 18th Oct 2017. The Conductor had taken the money.
