I had booked my bus on 9th August 2022 at 12.30pm margaon. when it's was 9 min left i got the msg that the bus will be delay by 1 hrs. And after one hour they send mini Paulo bus and said the bus is there in Panjim. We reached Panjim by 2.27pm when we went to the office he said the bus will be at 3.00pm. and if we ask him why the bus is delayed the are not responding properly. Is this the way you treat you passangers. And the man(Mohammad) who call for the final call he is also rude with the passenger he does not know how to speck with the girls. This is not the first time m facing the this issue last time also same thing had happened. Paulo service is very pathetic.
