My bus boarding point was Mira Road(st.joseph churach) and departure time was 6 PM(29th April 2023). I reached on my boarding point at 5.20PM and started to wait for bus as the boarding point was initial point of the bus journey but at 5.50 PM I got the message that my bus got delayed by 2 hrs.So, I stay for next 2.15hrs at boarding point and I didn't get any updates regarding bus arrive from Paulo Travels then around 8.30 I Got the news that my bus boarding point changed Borivali (National park) and then I discussed with Paulo Travels they said to reach National Park via Auto and bus will arrive around 9.15PM as well as driver will reimburse the Auto Rickshaw fare for me.I reached National Park at 9.15 PM but bus didn't arrive there that time so I called Paul travels they informed that bus will arrive in 10 mins.From 9.30 PM, I tried to reach Paulo Travels office and Driver but they didn't respond me, they were rejecting my calls either not answering the calls.At 10.30 PM bus arrived at National Park, then I Requested for reimbursement about autorickshaw fare but he directly rejected my request.I tried to reach Paulo Travels office but they didn't respond me.
So these kind of trouble I have faced between 5.20 PM to 10.45PM.
1)They should have sent me bus delay acknowledgement atleast before 1hr of bus departure time but they informed me at 5.50PM and I had to start waiting for bus next 2.30hrs.
2)They did not inform me about bus repair situation till 8.15PM and suddenly they told me that bus Boarding point is changed to Borivali National park.Why Paulo Travel and Redbus did not inform me before 1hr of bus departure time?
3) Then I reached on Borivali National park stop at 9.15 PM but then I had to wait another 1.15hrs for bus.
During this period,
A)I didn't receive any proper response and updates from Paulo Travel.
B) Paulo Travel did not reimburse my Auto rickshaw fare as they said.
C)I fed-up and faced mentally disturbance as well as frustration.
So this shows that you don't care about your passengers and Your staff is liers.
I will never travel in the Paulo Travels again.
