Paulo Travels — push back seat is not working.

I am traveling on b75 py05 9149 goa to bangalore bus. I booked 2 seats, h i seat. But seats r not well push back is not working. The seat is tied up with small piece of cloth. After sitting nd traveling for one hour i am getting heavy back pain, so i talked with driver nd complained about this issue. But he didn't helped anything. So i can't travel like this through complete journey because it's a very long journey upto bangalore. So i need solution on this. Please do needful or else change my seats or refund my amount.
