Paulo Travels — Refund against Ticket Cancellation

I have booked Bus ticket from Paulo Apps for dates 4th July 2023(Non AC Sleeper, PNR Number[protected], on 4th July 2023 Morning i have received message from Paulo that bus got cancelled, still i have booked another bus and travelled to my destination. As per their SOP refund schedule is 5-7 days, after taking several follow up still not refund done. I have mailed their official email [protected]@paulotravels.com and ID:-sagarchougule.[protected]@gmail.com
Please help me on this.
