Paulo Travels — Regarding refund | |||||
I have booked a ticket from indore to shirdi on 23/03/2017 from site poulo travels (www.paulobus.com). but after payment of Rs. 1824.00 I didn't get any message on my mobile nor any ticket on E-mail. and after some time the seats i have selected also available on the site. I called to indore office of paulo travels and they said that the booking is not cleared and your amount will be credited soon to your a/c. but still I didn't get the refund in my account till date.
