I booked 2 tickets from goa to mumbai pnr no[protected] seat c&d.
The bus was dirty and most important the seat c was broken it was not stable. If i leaned on the back rest the seat used to go behind. Asked the cleaner to check he said the seat is always broken, so this is how you cheat passengers by charging 1500 for per seat which is broken. Please call me on [protected].
I asked the cleaner to change my seats he said will accommodate if there is a spare seat and that's unacceptable, please call me before i go further and complain also if no assistance from your side will take help from social media and file a case on paulo Was this information helpful? |
The air conditioner was working slow than an old damaged cieling fan!
Also d employees n staff doesn't have adequates of talking to their costumers... Would never travel again in life with paulo
