Hi, my name is Naman Talati. I have used their website for booking ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore and done the payment successfully. Later after payment it gave me an error and I have not received any message or email for ticket confirmation.
I tried to call their official website no. Of headquarters but only one number is working and on that number its just ringing very very unprofessional. Later to confirm about my booking I called mumbai office and there they checked there was no booking done under my name or details so she said this will get refunded you can book you new ticket not an issue.
So I had booked new ticket an that ticket got confirmed. After 10 min I had received confirmation message of the previous ticket also. I was shocked how isit possible. So I contacted mumbai office back they asked for name and checked there was 2 seat booking on my name and later they are denying that I had previously called them I have proof on my call history with date and time. Now they are saying we cannot help you anything call the goa office only. And the Loop continues Goa office there us no one to receive call. Where shall i call? Whom shall I contact?
I want my full refund there is no logic on booking 2 different single seat with same name and same contact details.
